Purchasing tickets

Tickets you purchase are for personal use. Except as we may agree, you and your party must not re-sell or transfer the tickets. A breach of this condition will entitle Kids With Bricks Ltd to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.

To prevent fraud and protect Kids With Bricks Ltd and you, we may carry out checks and/or you may be asked to provide additional information (such as a copy of a credit or debit card statement) after your booking so we can verify your purchase. If we suspect fraud we may cancel any order or tickets.

An order for tickets is not complete until accepted by us. We try to ensure all prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of tickets you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and we may either cancel the order (in which case you will be refunded the ticket price and any booking, transaction or supplementary fees you have paid) or give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price.

It is your responsibility to confirm the club you are booking is open to the year that your child is in. A refund can be issued if a child is booked on that is not in the correct year.
Delivery and collection

Tickets will be despatched to you electronically. Tickets do not need to be present to the club lead upon attending, as a list of attendees will be provided to them.

Always check your email confirmation ticket upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds

A full refund can be issued for all session if we received a request to cancel the ticket before the start of the first club.

A ticket can be cancelled after the first, or any subsequent sessions, but only the sessions that have not been attended can be refunded.
Cancellation, change or postponement of an event

Decisions to change or cancel events are the responsibility of the school. If a single session is cancelled, the School may arrange for a make up session or request you receive a refund for the missed session.

School Closures: If the school closes due to but not limited to; snow, illness, quarantine, flooding etc, a refund will not be issued. We will communicate with the school to try and arrange a make up session on another date.

If the school changes the day/date of the club, you are entitled to cancel your ticket and be issued with a full refund.

If the school suspends extra curricular activities for any reason and our club is affected we will make the videos, activities and competition available to take part in from home.

If there is a general government lead school closure we will endeavour to provide daily videos, activities and ongoing inter school completion run on social media.
Refunds

If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, this will be completed at the end of the calendar month that the refund was requested in. Please then allow up to 3 business day after this date.

Any refund will be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets..

No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with the all terms and conditions applicable to those tickets, the venue or the event.
Attending an event

While attending the event, your child will be subject to all rules enforced by the school, as they are during school hours.
Privacy

We will only share your personal information with the school and club leader.

We will not share your personal information with any 3rd parties.

We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with United Kingdom data protection legislation.
